We are a 60 acre working organic farm, open daily to the public. We have a full kitchen which serves farm lunches and picnics daily and can also cater any on farm occasion from corporate to weddings.
Garlic Scapes Garlic Scapes are hard neck garlic flowers that can be used for the same purposes as garlic and more. Try them blanched and sauteed or as a pesto.
